I hope all of my fellow Americans had an awesome Fourth of July! We truly live in such an amazing nation — so many opportunities. So much freedom… We are all very blessed to have been born in such a uniquely amazing country.

I want to take a moment to thank the greatest keepers of peace in world history — the United States Military. I firmly believe that the world is a better place because of you all. From the bottom of Lindsay’s and my heart, as sincerely as we can be, thank you so very, very much for your service. You make a safer nation (and world) for not only me and my wife, but also my coming son. And for those of you who have lost a loved one, please know the undying gratitude/love/respect I have for your loved one who sacrificed his/her life. I love our military — absolute heroes in my book ;)

p.s. this isn’t an invitation to argue about the American military. Any negative comments about the military will be deleted. I never delete any comments, but I don’t care to debate the issue when I’m simply celebrating a national holiday. If we’re ever having tea or lunch, I’d LOVE to discuss anything with you! But today, I simply want to honor my countries service men and women ;)
